As part of our efforts to maintain a secure, stable, automatic and integrated payment process, CBT Indolat makes adjustments to the payment transaction fee mechanism on the platform.
This update includes two main types of transactions:
- Purchase of packages and add-ons by the organizer through the Indolat CBT panel
- Payment of participants through the paid exam registration feature
We understand that any cost-related changes are important to users. Therefore, we convey this adjustment openly so that all cost components can be clearly identified before the transaction is completed.
1. Administration fee for purchasing packages and add-ons
What has changed?
Previously, the purchase of packages and add-ons through the Indolat CBT panel No additional administration fee to the user.
Starting from the implementation of this policy, every purchase of packages, add-ons, or service upgrades through the Indolat CBT panel will be subject to administrative costs according to the selected payment method.
This adjustment is made because the Indolat CBT is also charged by the payment processing service provider or Payment Processor on every transaction.
Details of Administration Fee
A. QRIS
Payment administration fees using QRIS are:
0.7% + IDR 4,000 per transaction
B. Virtual Account
Payment administration fees using a virtual account are:
IDR 13,000 per transaction
C. E-wallet
Payment administration fees using e-wallet are:
5.5% + IDR 4,000 per transaction

Important Things to Know
The main changes in this policy are:
Previously, payment administration fees for package and add-on purchases were not charged separately to the user. Now, the administration fee will be added according to the selected payment method.
Basic Price of Indolat CBT Packages and Add-ons does not automatically change because of this policy.
Administrative costs are additional components related to the use of payment methods and transaction processing processes.
Tariffs may change according to the policy of payment service providers, taxes, and other applicable regulations.
2. Adjustment of participant transaction fees
The second update applies to features Paid exam registration.
This feature is used when the organizer opens registration for paid exams and participants make payments directly through the Indolat CBT system.
For participant transactions, payment methods currently available use:
QR Code / QRIS
Starting from the implementation of this policy, the transaction costs of participants are adjusted to:
3.7% + IDR 4,000 per transaction
The fee is valid for every participant payment transaction that has been successfully processed.

If the exam registration fee is set at:

Registration fee:

3.7% transaction fee:
IDR 3,700

Why is this adjustment made?
We understand that changing costs may affect transaction planning for organizers and participants.
We also understand that previously, especially for the purchase of packages and add-ons through the Indolat CBT panel, users are not subject to additional administrative fees separately.
We apologize for the inconvenience that may arise.
This adjustment needs to be made because CBT Indolat also bears the costs of the payment processing service provider used in every digital transaction.
These cost components may include:
- Payment Method Fee
- transaction processing fees
- Fixed fee per transaction
- Fees based on the percentage of transaction value
- Taxes or other applicable provisions
Previously, specifically for the purchase of packages and add-ons, the fee was not charged separately to the user.
However, along with the increase in transaction volume and the need to maintain the sustainability of the payment system, CBT Indolat needs to adjust the cost mechanism to the cost structure imposed by the payment processing provider.
This adjustment is also needed to support the continuity of the payment process which includes:
- Automated transaction processing
- Payment confirmation
- Transaction Reconciliation
- payment system integration
- Operational stability
- system maintenance and development
