7. Terms of Payment and Data Ownership

Note: TERMS BELOW only applies for users “Special Package” or direct cooperation (corporate/enterprise) that uses the term payment system. User Regular package and Paket LanggananMake a full payment at the beginning (pay first), so this data detention clause does not apply.

• Payment options (Enterprise only): For special cooperation services, we provide a partial payment option (advancement) followed by repayment at a later date according to the written agreement.
• Consequences of default: If you have a delayed payment obligation (term) and cannot complete the remaining payment (payment) in accordance with the agreed time period, then your data stored on the platform will be with us. During this detention period, you will not be able to access or manage the data.
