By registering or using the Indolat CBT service, you (&#8220;exam organizers&#8221;) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (&#8220;S&amp;K&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Definition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Indolat CBT:<\/strong>&nbsp;Online exam platforms and services provided by PT Indolat Digital Teknologi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exam organizer:<\/strong>&nbsp;You are an institution, company, or individual who uses the platform to create, manage, and organize exams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exam Participants:<\/strong>&nbsp;Individuals you invite to take exams on the Indolat CBT platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service:<\/strong>&nbsp;All the features we provide, including exam platforms, proctoring systems, question management, and technical support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Question data:<\/strong>&nbsp;Exam materials, including questions, answers, and related assets that you upload to the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Account registration and management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are fully responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All activities that occur under your account, including those carried out by the admin or the staff you appointed, are your full responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Fees, payments, and management of funds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1. Platform service fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You agree to pay the service usage fee according to the selected model (for example, regular package, subscription plan, or custom package).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to pay the service fee may result in the suspension or termination of the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The payment of the service fee is final and cannot be returned, unless there is a system failure from the CBT Indolat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2. PAID EXAM MANAGEMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Must use Payment Gateway:<\/strong>&nbsp;For every exam that you hold paid to the examinee, you must process all payment transactions through the payment gateway that has been provided and integrated by CBT Indolat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fund Flow:<\/strong>&nbsp;The funds paid by the examinee will go into the Indolat CBT account first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transaction fee:<\/strong>&nbsp;Every payment that is successfully processed through the payment gateway will be subject to a service\/transaction fee in accordance with the applicable tariff, which will be deducted automatically from the nominal paid by the participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Withdrawal of funds (withdrawal):<\/strong>&nbsp;You can withdraw the collected funds (after deducting transaction fees) according to the applicable schedule and conditions. Provisions regarding the minimum withdrawal limit and processing time will be listed on your account dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3. Refund Policy for Participants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You, as the test organizer, have full authority to approve or reject a refund request from the examinee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CBT Indolat will only process refunds to the examinee after receiving valid instructions from you through the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transaction fees arising from the initial payment process are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rights and Obligations of Exam Organizers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your rights:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access and use the service according to the S&amp;K and the package you choose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get technical support related to platform functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have full ownership of the data about the questions you upload.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your obligations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure that the uploaded question data does not violate copyright or applicable law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the content of the exam and the evaluation process of the examinee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform the examinee about the use of the surveillance feature (proctoring) and get approval from them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or disseminate prohibited content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Rights and Obligations of CBT Indolat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OUR RIGHTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform scheduled maintenance that may cause temporary service interruptions, with prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend or deactivate the account in the event of a T&amp;C violation or payment failure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze platform use data anonymously for the purpose of service improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OUR DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provides a reliable and secure platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect your data confidentiality and security in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will never use, sell, or share your question data for any purpose without your explicit permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Question data:<\/strong>&nbsp;You remain the sole owner of all intellectual property rights related to the data you upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Indolat CBT Platform:<\/strong>&nbsp;We have all rights to software, trademarks, and all intellectual property related to Indolat CBT Platform and Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any dispute that arises will be sought to be resolved through deliberation. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be resolved through the applicable legal channels in the Republic of Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Amendment to the Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to update this T&amp;C from time to time. Significant changes will be informed via email or notifications on the platform.
